REVIEW: Painted Lines by Brei Betzold

I was completely absorbed into this book. I don't know anything about motorbikes and mechanic stuff but it didn't distract me from the story since I understood the amount of love Scout had for her work.

Scout is: Hard
amazing and loving individual with kick ass 'tude

This was just a shell to hide her vulnerability and fear since being hurt in the most heart breaking, demeaning and abhorrent way when she was only 14, and this would have been horrid all by it self as an adult. She hates to show vulnerability but her PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) is a constant companion within her life. She's locked behind the security of her friends and family and although keeping her safe it's also suffocating and keeping her within the past she wants so much to move on from.

In which we meet Thayne our hero and at the beginning our supposed enemy. Through misunderstandings, threats, supposed enemy camp in the competition. Slowly love blooms between two individuals with a whirls wind of individuals trying to keep them apart.

The end I mean What?!?!?? it was amazing what a plot twist!! You have to read this!!!!!

This book is AMAZING!!!!!

YOU HAVE TO READ IT!!!! (this needs to be repeated)

She's just one of the guys :)
